I was nervous to be looking for an apartment as a "first time living alone since college" person and I needed Safe, Walkable to Work, and Dog Friendly. And boy did Todd deliver! I only looked at one place, it was near the water and had a view; I was sold! He even offered to move my couch, I'm guessing the last one is a limited bonus.

I was looking for a rental. The agent I was using was sending all sorts of listings for which I did not qualify and were out of my search area. I contacted Todd Ketcham for assistance.
